1. Had the latest issue of NY Magazine in my mailbox when we got home last week and the cover was absolutely chilling to me. I immediately read the cover story and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since. I cannot believe that things like this are ACTUALLY happening amidst a pandemic.
  2. We FINALLY got our artwork shelf hung in the living room this week. It may have taken two years, but it was totally worth the wait. It feels SO good to have stuff on the walls and looks exactly how I envisioned it!
  3. Ry and I had homemade pizza night this week! We bought the pre-made dough from Trader Joe’s and it was the most fun and delicious dinner to make. Highly recommend for a weekend night dinner during these next few “quarantine” months. We’ll definitely be making it again, and trying out all kinds of toppings!
  4. NOTHING on earth could have shocked me more than waking up on Thursday morning to Taylor Swift announcing a brand new album. And a SISTER album!! To be completely honest, I still don’t think I’ve totally processed it. But of course KB and I stayed up all night listening on release night and it is absolute perfection. My early favorites are ivy, willow, long story short and ’tis the damn season. Have you listened?! What are your early favorites? Always fascinated to hear other people’s faves.
  5. Also the concept of a possible third album is simply too much for my brain to handle. What do you think!!?!?
  6. Nerd alert: I signed up for Word of the Day e-mails (after being influenced by TS’s incredible lyrics) and have been loving it the last few days. Here’s the one I signed up for if you’re into words. too.
  7. Went for a 7 miler around Brooklyn with LI and we saw a hawk!!! Who ever said there’s no wildlife in the city 😉
  8. This week was chock full of Christmas movies. We are watching one or two every night and it’s just what I needed to really get in the Christmas spirit. What’s your Christmas movie of choice? I am an Elf girl myself, but we are branching out this year!
  9. The possibility of a potentially White Christmas is exactly what we deserve in 2020. Did you know that it only happens about once every six years?! The last white Christmas for the NYC area was 2009 so we are certainly due for one if you ask me. Or a statistician.
  10. I FELT this cartoon, here’s to hoping!!!

❤️ you guys,
