I have been on a real binge with shooting film! After I had finally gotten a bunch of rolls developed at the end of August, I fell in love with film all over again and have been really loving it. So for our annual trip to Maine with B+L this year, I decided to exclusively shoot film. Something about Maine is so old and charming, I felt like it was the perfect place to play around with some 35mm. And voila! Here’s our long weekend, in photos…

We had the very best trip to Ogunquit and it felt extra special this year after not being sure we’d be able to make it happen. But we made the most of it, and already can’t wait to be back next summer. Over the years, it’s become one of my favorite traditions!

A note: I am still playing around with WordPress settings for images/image specs, and trying to get the photos to display sharper so bear with me! I re-sized and re-uploaded them three times – this is the best I can do for the moment, but I know they still aren’t perfect. My film photography ALSO needs work. But practice makes perfect, and I hope you enjoyed them anyway.

PS –– these were all taken with Poppop’s film camera. I know there are some of you who will absolutely love that little fact. I sure do ❀️ And there are plenty more where these all came from.

with love, JAK
